Charles Torres
Pastor Charles Hans Torres, born in Mexico City, D.F., is a spiritual and business leader with a career marked by vision, service, and excellence. He graduated from the Magdiel Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God and studied at San Jacinto College (Houston, Texas). He also earned a bachelor’s degree from the Houston College of Biblical Studies.
With over a decade of experience as General Manager in the financial sector of Washington Mutual, he consolidated a solid administrative profile that he shares today as a consultant for churches and organizations around the world. He currently exercises his pastoral ministry full-time, serving for over 13 years on an online campus broadcast from Life The Woodlands. He is the President of the Association of Gospel Ministers in the USA (ADME USA), where he accompanies and empowers pastors in different nations. A bilingual preacher and speaker, he has excelled in leadership and business seminars, combining management experience with the grace of God.
Executive Director of We Are Solutions, Inc., he leads consulting projects for churches and businesses. He is also president of NoticiasCristianas.com, a digital media outlet with over 24 years of global reach. Married to Cindy Paola Acosta Torres, they lead ministerially, spreading the gospel with international impact.

Cindy Paola Acosta Pérez, born on April 27 in Planeta Rica, Córdoba – Colombia, is a visionary woman, specialist in business administration and management, and Ontological Coach passionate about personal and collective transformation.
Wife of Charles Hans Torres and mother of four children, she combines her family role with a high-impact professional life.
Currently, she directs the organization We Are Solutions INC SAS, where she integrates her experience in management and coaching to inspire, guide, and empower people and teams. Her training as an Ontological Coach enhances her ability to connect and mobilize toward extraordinary results.
As a university professor, she stood out for her innovative pedagogy, creating business entrepreneurship fairs. She is also the author of articles and more than 50 inspirational quotes that have transcended borders, touching lives around the world.
Founder of Children with Purposes, now transformed into Mastersteps.com, she remains an active part of this project. Her legacy is that of an unstoppable woman, raising generations of leaders, sowing vision, and spreading a message of life that transcends borders.

Jhon Adolfo Baldiris Álvarez, born in 1979 in Planeta Rica, Córdoba – Colombia, is a visionary spiritual leader and founder of the Iglesia Vida en Su Presencia Internacional, a ministry that he has firmly guided since 2013.
His solid academic training supports him: He is a theologian graduated from the Patricio Cimex Bible Institute of the Christian Crusade Church of Colombia, a graduate in Pastoral Theology from the Wessel Leyan Theological Center Seminary, a Master’s degree in Christian Education and a Doctorate in Theology from the North American University JILIU – Jesús Islor International University.
